everything below is in place to keep appointments running smoothly and to make sure each client gets the time and attention they need.

appointments + cancellations

appointments are reserved specifically for you.

if you need to make a change, a minimum of 48 hours notice is appreciated so that time can be adjusted or offered to someone else.

changes made within that window, same-day cancellations, or missed appointments may be subject to a 50% service fee, charged to the card on file.

if you’re thinking about changing your service, just let me know ahead of time so your appointment can be adjusted to fit.


without notice, your originally reserved service time may still be charged.

no-shows

missed appointments without notice can make it difficult to offer that time to someone else.

if it happens more than once, booking availability may become limited moving forward.

late arrivals

a short grace period is built into the schedule.

if you arrive significantly late, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled so the rest of the day can stay on track.

service adjustments

if something doesn’t feel quite right after your appointment, reach out within 7 days.

we’ll take a look and make any needed adjustments so everything feels aligned.

refunds

refunds aren’t offered on services or products.

extensions

all extension services begin with a consultation.

this allows everything to be planned properly based on your hair, your goals, and what will work best long term.

new clients

for new clients, services are focused on scalp, color, and extensions.

haircuts are not offered as a stand-alone service.
